Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (20-ounce) package of Oreos
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 T powdered sugar
1 (16-ounce) package of either white chocolate, dark chocolate, or milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Pulse Oreos in a blender a few at a time until you have crumbs. Add cream cheese and sugar to the cookie crumbs. Roll into small balls and put on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler over low heat, being careful not to incorporate any water into the chocolate, for 10 minutes (You may use the microwave for melting chocolate, stirring frequently and just to the melting state, in small batches, timing it to 10- to 15-second increments.). Dip the cookies into the chocolate, and place on waxed paper to harden. Chill for 30 minutes to 2 days.
