½ cup Parmesan cheese, melted
12 red potatoes cut in half
12 cup butter melted
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. chive chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Place potatoes flat side down in a glass 9x13 baking dish and pour the melted butter and garlic over the potatoes. Next sprinkle the cheese over the potatoes and bake for 25 minutes until browned. Garnish with chive and sour cream.
