5 lbs. ground pork
4 medium onions, chopped
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1½ tsp. all-spice
1½ tsp. salt and pepper
½ tsp. nutmeg
7 potatoes cooked and mashed
½ tsp. cloves
pastry or crust (see pot pasty recipe for crust ingredients and directions)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except potatoes and pasty in large kettle. Brown til done. Skim fat from the meat. Add mashed potatoes and mix into meat. Fill 4 9-inch pie tins with crust. Place filling and cover with top crust. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes. Pies do freeze well.
