French Toast:
12 slices of bread, cubed
1 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
12 eggs
⅓ cup maple syrup
2 cups milk
1- 8 oz package of cream cheese, cubed

Syrup:
½ cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
3 TBSP. Cornstarch
1 TBSP. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange the bread cubes and blueberries in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Place cream cheese with the bread cubes and blueberries. Mix together eggs, milk and syrup and pour over bread cube mixture. Let stand in refrigerator overnight covered. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes COVERED.

Sauce: Cook water, sugar and cornstarch on medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Add in blueberries and simmer for 3 minutes on low/medium. Add butter and pour on top of casserole dish when it comes out of the oven. Serve immediately.
