1 cup oleo
2 TBSP. sugar
¼ cup chopped nuts
1- 8 oz cream cheese
⅔ cup powdered sugar
½ large cool whip
2- 3½ packages of instant pistachio pudding
2½ cup milk
Maraschino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
For the first layer mix the flour, oleo, sugar and nuts and press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes. Cool.

For the second layer mix together the cream cheese, half the container of cool whip the and powdered sugar. Spread over the first layer.

For the third layer mix the two INSTANT pudding packages with 2½ cups of milk with an electric mixer. Spread over the second layer.

For the fourth and final layer, spread the rest of the container of cool whip over entire pan, sprinkle with nuts and top with cherries.
