2 lbs ground chuck
2 envelopes taco seasoning
1 small can diced green chilies
1 cup water
1 (8oz) pkg oven-ready lasagna noodles
2 (8oz) Monterey Jack and cheddar blend cheese (shredded)
1 (12oz) soft cream cheese spread
16 ounces sour cream
1(15oz) can seasoned diced tomatoes for chili
1(15oz) can chili beans
3 (10.5oz) cans hot dog or chili sauce
1 small can sliced black olives
½ cup chopped green onions
½ cup chopped jalapeno peppers

In large skillet brown ground chuck. Add green chilies, taco mix, and water. Cook until almost no liquid remains. Add chili beans. Add 3 cans of hot dog or chili sauce. Add one can of tomatoes seasoned for chili. Let simmer 20 minutes.

In large bowl mix 1 (8oz) pkg of shredded cheese, container of cream cheese, and container of sour cream.

Spray a 13x9x2 baking dish with cooking spray. Ladle in a layer of meat sauce. Lay on one layer of lasagna noodles, one layer of meat sauce, one layer of cheese mix, onions, jalapenos, olives. Lay on another layer of noodles and repeat. Repeat. Cover with foil. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

Remove foil. Sprinkle top with other 8 oz. of cheese. Bake another 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Makes 10-12 servings.
