½ cup butter (softened)
½ light brown sugar (packed)
¼ cup sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 ¼ cup flour
¼ cup vanilla instant pudding (dry mix)
½ tsp. baking soda
¾ cup M & M's
¾ cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter and sugars until creamy. Mix in egg and vanilla extract. Add dry ingredients (flour, baking soda and dry pudding mix). Add chocolate chips and half the M & M's (save the rest to strategically place on top of each cookie) until mixed. REFRIGERATE dough for 2 hours. Place a small ball of dough on a greased cookie sheet. Press down on each cookie and place a few M & M's on top of each cookie. Bake at 350º for 11-13 minutes.
