1¼ c. crushed graham crackers
¼ c. cup granulated sugar
¼ cup pecans, toasted and chopped
¼ c. butter, melted
3 8 oz packages cream cheese softened
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 5½ oz can of evaporated milk (⅔ c.)
2 tbsp flour
1½ tsp vanilla
3 eggs
Praline Sauce:
1 cup dark corn syrup
¼ cup cornstarch
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. pecan halves, toasted and chopped coarsely

Directions:
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl combine cracker crumbs, sugar, and chopped pecans
Stir in melted butter
Press mixture over the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan
Bake at 350º F for 10 min
Meanwhile, beat together cream cheese, brown sugar, milk, flour, and vanilla
Add eggs; beat just until blended
Pour into baked crust
Bake at 350º F for 50-55 min or until set
Cool in pan for 30 min; loosen sides and remove rim from pan
Cool completely
Before serving , make the Praline Sauce and serve over top of cheesecake
Praline Sauce
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a saucepan
Cook and stir until thickened
Stir in vanilla and chopped pecans
Serve warm , if desired
