2 c diced cooked chicken breast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup poppy seeds
½ cup melted butter
1 ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers
2 tbsp poppy seeds
6-8 baked pastry shells (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine diced cooked chicken, soup, sour cream, and poppy seeds
Spread mixture in a large casserole
Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over chicken mixture
Bake at 350ºF for 45 min
Serve in baked pastry shells .
Be careful to keep the crisp topping mixture on top when dishing into shells
