3 cups ketchup
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
½ cup water
½ cup white vinegar
½ cup tomato paste
2 tbsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp freshly ground pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp granulated onion powder
1 tsp granulated garlic powder
½ tsp ginger
½ tsp cayenne

Mix all ingredients together and simmer for 30 minutes. Makes about 4 cups.
