2 cups shredded cheese
(the sharper the better)
2 sticks butter
2 cups flour
2 cups corn flakes
red pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroughly with fingers. Add more corn flakes to get to dough consistency- similar to cookie dough. Put half dollar sized portions on cookie sheets and flatten out w/fingers.

Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or til lightly browned.

Grandma (Althea) Miller is the one who got us hooked on these. She made them for years much to the delight of her family. She would use the sharpest cheese Grandpa could bring home from the store. She, and now I, puts the cheese and butter in a bowl and leaves it on the counter so the 2 can soften together. Then we mix in the rest of the ingredients. Emma and Jay loves these, as do most people who have them!
