Slaw:
1 package ramen noodles, crushed, NOT cooked
1 bunch green onions, sliced (optional)
1- 16 oz package slaw mix
⅓-½ cup slivered almonds, toasted
⅓-½ cup roasted sunflower seeds


Dressing:
⅓ cup oil
Seasoning packet from ramens
4 T. sugar (or Splenda)
2 T. vinegar
salt and pepper

Directions:

Mix dressing ingredients in a container that seals tightly. Shake to blend. Pour over salad just before serving.

This recipe is originally from Warna Barker who went to our church, Memorial Baptist, in Columbia, Missouri. It is a hit wherever it's served! It's delicious as a side dish or with roasted chicken or grilled pork mixed in.
