1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 stick butter
3/4 tsp baking powder
3 to 4 cups fruit of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Lightly grease baking dish

Mix flour, sugar, milk, butter and baking powder. Pour into lightly greased baking dish
Pour fruit over batter mix.
Bake for 30 minutes or until brown.

You can use cooked sweetened fruit. Rhubarb is excellent. Any kind of fruit with juice
Cake will come to the top and the fruit to the bottom.
