1/2 cup butter softened
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (3-4 )
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup buttermilk
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Preheat the oven to 350º
Prepare a loaf pan with cooking spray

Cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the banana, eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Sift together the dry ingredients. Add to the banana mixture alternately with the buttermilk. Blend well and stir in nuts. Pour into prepared pan and bake 1 1/4 hours
