1 #2 can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz) package lime jello
½ cup grated american cheese
½ cup finely chopped celery
⅔ cup chopped walnuts
¼ t salt
1 cup heavy cream - whipped
small stuffed green olives sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the pineapple. Heat pineapple syrup to a boil. Add lime jello to the syrup. Stir until jello is dissolved. Cool. When jello begins to thicken, add the pineapple, cheese, celery, nuts and salt. Fold in the whipped cream. Place a ring of sliced olives in the bottom on a 9 inch ring mold. Pour mixture into mold and chill until firm.
