1 deep dish pie shell 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese 2 pkgs chopped spinach 1 can cream of chicken soup 6 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup milk 3 T. minced onion 1/4 t. sage 1/8 t. pepper
Spread cooked spinach over bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle cheese over spinach. Beat remaining ingredients together until well blended. Pour into over cheese / spinach. Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes, until firm. Let stand 5 mins.
