Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 package of spaghetti noodles
16oz can of spaghetti sauce (any flavor, Italian sausage kind is good)
½ lb cottage cheese (or ricotta cheese)
8 oz cream cheese
¼ cup sour cream
Butter
Shredded cheese for the top.. cheddar or mozzarella is best
Onion if you want
Basil if you want

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º

Cook your spaghetti noodles like normal.

Brown the meat (adding the onions/basil if preferred), then add the spaghetti sauce. Set aside.

While that's all cooking, mix your cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream together in a bowl. Set aside.

After everything is cooked, get a baking dish. A big, rectangular one.
Put some butter at the bottom and push it around. Dump about half of your noodles on top of that. Smooth the noodles out so they fill the whole pan. Dump ¾ of your red sauce on top of that. More butter, then more noodles. Save a little bit of noodles. Next is your white sauce. Use all of it. More butter, then the rest of your noodles followed by the rest of your red sauce.

Wrap in foil, then bake for 30 minutes at 350. Take off the foil and add a bunch of shredded cheese, then bake another 15 minutes.

Voila! Deliciousness.

The best part of this recipe is that you can make it your own. Sometimes I don't have ricotta or cottage cheese, so I just use sour cream and cream cheese. Sometimes I throw in some plain yogurt. You really can't go wrong.

Enjoy!
