2 ( 8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese. 1(12 oz .) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. diced onion. drained
1/4 c. diced green pepper 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
1. Soften cream cheese.
2.Add onion , peppers, and pineapple.
3. Mix well. Form into ball .
4. Roll into pecans.
5. Place in refrigerator overnight.
