8 bacon slices, diced
1 medium cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup minced onion
2 teaspoons salt

Directions:

1. In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, fry diced bacon together with the minced onion until onion is tender.
2. Add shredded cabbage and salt and cook mixture, stirring occasionally with a spoon, until cabbage
is tender .

NOW!!!! That's the basic recipe... ya'll know me.... I love me some seafood.....so...... I got my cabbage cooked down to a simmer then placed peeled shrimp on top with a little Old Bay Seasoning, a little Accent and a splash of Soy sauce! Let that steam until the Shrimp is done (pink). Yum!
