2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons butter
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
2 cups dry-roasted peanuts
1 (10-1/2 ounce) pkg. miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
~ Line 13"x9" pan with wax paper.
~ In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips and butter with sweetened condensed milk. Remove from heat.
~ In large bowl, combine peanuts and marshmallows; stir in chocolate mixture.
~ Spread in pan. Chill until firm. Remove from pan. Peel off wax paper and cut into squares.
~ Enjoy!
