Directions:
Heat your oil to 350. Depending on the amount you will be making, you will need enough beaten eggs to dip the chicken in, with eyeing the amount of bells seasoning to add. Have a bowl of flour. Put the chicken in the egg/bells mixture, dredge in the flour, back to the egg mixture and flour again, and then add to the oil, watching it, and turning it over 3 or 4 times, depending how big the pieces are. Have lots of paper towels to drain off the oil...So delicious!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Make sure you put newspaper under the container you fry it in, because it does tend do boil over, slightly..Serve it with mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, vegetables, rolls, and lots of family LOVE! My Dad, your Great Grampy, was so very proud of his "Fried Chicken" dinners <3
