1 Devil's Food cake mix - bake in two layers and cool.

1 lge. cool whip
12 oreo cookies
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and sugar. Fold in cool whip and crushed oreo cookies. Spread between layers.
Drizzle glaze over top and sides.

Glaze:
2/3 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
Melt and drizzle over top and sides of cake.
