For approximately four quarts you'll need:
1 gallon unpasteurized Apple Cider
4 slices lemon
4 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
8 whole cloves
% cup brown sugar, loosely packed

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the lemon into thin slices, stir the lemonade concentrate into the cider. Add all the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Simmer until the lemons fall apart (about 20 minutes). Strain through a strainer that will capture the lemon rind and cloves. Let stand overnight or keep it cool
until the party starts. Bring to a boil and serve. A glowing option is to add a tad of rum or whiskev.
