⅓ cup sugar
¾ teaspoon cayenne
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon coriander
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1 egg white
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 to 3 cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl mix the first 6 ingredients. Whisk in 1 large egg white and 2 teaspoons vegetable oil and stir till the egg white gets frothy. Put pecans into mixture and stir around until the nuts are well coated. Spread nuts in a single layer in an oiled baking pan. Bake at 300º , stirring occasionally so the nuts don't stick together, until nuts are crisp and lightly browned. About 20-25 minutes.Let cool just a few minutes before taking the nuts from the pan. Can be stored in airtight jar for two weeks.
