1 ice cream pail full (5 lbs.) jalapeno pepper (cut into quarters, use gloves)
1 ice cream pail carrots (a little less)
1/2 ice cream pail onions
few garlic pieces
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pickling salt
2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
5 c. water
a few bay leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sauce to a boil. Cook carrots for 5 minutes, then add onions and peppers. Bring to a boil. Spoon into jars. Steam 20 minutes. Seal.
