1 pkg. yeast
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. dill weed
1 tsp. salt
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in water with pinch of sugar, then add all ingredients and stir. Let rise 1 hour or until doubled in bulk. Place in greased 81/2" x 4 1/2" bread pan. Let rise until doubled in bulk and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350ºF. Brush top of loaf with butter and sprinkle with salt , if desired.
