¼ lb butter
2½ cup cake flour
2½ tsp baking powder
250 ml fresh cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sieve cake flour and baking powder
2. Rub butter into flour
3. Add fresh cream and bind dough
4. Roll to 1/2 cm thinness
5. Cut long rectangles
6. Press both sides into caster sugar
7. Twist and place in baking tray
8. TEMPERATURE - 180 for about 15 mins or till done.
