2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
2 eggs
2 t. dill weed
3/4 stick butter
2 T. olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
salt / pepper
Filo pastry, found in freezer section
1 pkg. feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook & drain spinach. Add crumbled feta cheese & eggs. Add salt & pepper, dill & lemon juice. Melt butter w/ oil. Brush pan. Carefully separate pastry (keep covered with towel; it drys out very quickly) & layer in 9x13 pan, brushing each layer w/ butter mixture. Do 7 layers, spread spinach mixture & do 7 more layers. Bake at 325 about 30 minutes.
