1 12 oz. bag of broccoli slaw
1 small apple, chopped
1/2 cup pecans (candied if you have them)
1/3 cup red onion, sliced thin

Apple Cider Vinaigrette:
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped flat leaf parsley
2/3 cup vegetable oil




Directions:
Directions:
Whisk the mustard, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar and chopped parsley together in a bowl.

Slowly drizzle in the oil, whisking constantly, until thickened.

Adjust the seasonings to taste. Store in refrigerator.

This is really good and easy to make. I use it in place of cole slaw. You can sweeten with honey instead of sugar if you like. The dressing is very tart so I so add honey until it tastes like we like it.
