Meatball :

1 lb minced beef
1 egg
1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
1 can (398 ml) peaches
1 onion
Salt and pepper
semi-salted butter for cooking

Sauce :

1 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water
peach juice
1 tsp mustard
a few drops of lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350°F (180°C).

Meatballs: Mix together all ingredients except the oil. Form the meat into balls.

Cook meatballs in a pan using butter or oil. Place them in an oven safe dish.

Sauce: Mix together all ingredients. Pour over meatballs.

Cover dish and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 50 minutes.

The butter can be replaced by oil. For the peach juice, use the juice in the can peaches came in.
