4 ½ cups milk
1 cup uncooked rice
3 beaten eggs
½ cup cooked raisins, drained
½ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg
¼ cup margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook rice as instructed on package over medium heat, Bring to simmer uncovered. This will take about 35 minutes until rice is tender
2. Remove from heat and stir in butter until melted, let cool before adding milk and eggs, sugar and vanilla
3. Add drained raisins
4. Pour into greased baking baking dish and put into 325 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Sprinlke with nutmeg and cinnamon Until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
