1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 cup Bread flour
1 cup Pastry flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
21/2 cups fresh blueberries
2 tsp. vanilla
2 T sugar for sprinkling

Preheat oven to 375º
Grease a standard 12-cup muffin tin well.
In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and eggs until fluffy
Sift together dry ingredients and add alternately with milk and vanilla to the creamed mixture. Don/t over mix.
Fold in the blueberries and scoop into prepared tins. Sprinkle with sugar and bake 30 minutes.
Leave the muffins in the muffin tin 5 minute before turning out to completely cool.
