1 box Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
3/4 cup flaked coconut (optional)
Powdered confectioners sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Grease cookie sheet
Combine cake mix. eggs, oil and lemon juice in large bowl
Beat at low speed with electric mixer until well blended
Add coconut and/or nuts
Shape into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet 1 inch apart
Bake 6-7 minutes or until lightly browned
Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet then remove to cooling rack
Dust with powdered sugar
