1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1c. chopped apples (more can be used)
1/4 to 1/2 c. nuts

Mix ingredients well. Bake in greased pie pan at 350º for 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
