Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 racks of beef baby back ribs
1 c. dark Karo syrup
1 c. ketchup
½ c. white vinegar
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. onion powder
Tabasco Sauce to Taste (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except ribs) in large pot and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. (This process thickens the sauce.) Tear off four large sheets of heavy duty aluminum foil and place on baking sheets. Cut each rib slab in half and place one section on each foil. Ladle ribs with ½ of sauce and put the rest aside for later. Close each foil tightly around ribs.
Bake at 300º for 3 hours.
Remove from oven, drain liquid from foil packets, discard foil and place ribs on clean baking sheets. Ladle the remainder of the fresh sauce over the ribs. Bake at 300º for approximately 30 minutes or until the meat is falling off of the bone.
Serve and ENJOY!
