3 Eggs
1 pinch of Salt
2 T. EVOO
2 cups warm Water +/-

Directions:
Place flour on work surface, Make a well in the center and add other ingredients, start with less water and continue to add as needed. Mix until all incorporated. Knead gently. Place through pasta machine, making long pieces. Prepare filling. Place a spoon of filling on pasta then cover with another piece of pasta. Use a ravioli cutter of pinch edges together. Boil gently until cooked
