2 Cups Butterscotch Chips
1/2 Cup Light Corn Syrup
2 Tablespoons Water
1 Tablespoon Shortening
2- 3 ounce cans Chow Mien Noodles
4 Cups Mini Marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
-In double boiler over hot water (not boiling), melt butterscotch chips, syrup, water and shortening. Melt until smooth.
-Transfer to a large bowl; Add Chow Mien noodles; mix well.
-Cool slightly.
-Add marshmallows.
-Drop by slightly rounded Tablespoons onto wax paper lined cookie sheets.
-Chill until firm; about 20 minutes.

Alternatives:
You can replace syrup & water with 1 Cup Peanut Butter.
