2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. chopped apples
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the sugar, shortening and eggs. Add the blended dry ingredients. Stir in the apples, nuts and coconut. Mix well and bake in a greased 9x13 inch pan at 350º for 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream.
