8 oz Cooked Penne Pasta
1 lb. Lean Ground Turkey
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Onion, diced
5 Garlic cloves, diced
1 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp. Basil (fresh or dried)
1/2 c. Vodka
1 1/2 c. Tomato Sauce
1/2 c. Heavy Cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Season and cook ground turkey in skillet. Set aside.

2. Heat 1 tbsp. of olive oil in large skillet.

3. Add onion and garlic, cook until onions are translucent.

4. Add vodka, basil, red pepper flakes, and salt. Let simmer for 2 minutes to allow alcohol to burn off.

5. Add heavy cream and stir until fully combined. The sauce will turn into a bright orange color.

6. Add cooked penne and turkey and mix until fully coated.

7. Garnish with basil and serve with garlic bread.
