Tofu (1 pkg. regular)
Chopped tomatoes (fresh or canned)...
1 tsp sugar....
salt to taste....
1/4 cup water....
1 tsp. chopped garlic (in jar)
1 small bunch chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tofu in strips. Fry in oil until yellow...remove.
Add chopped tomatoes, sugar, salt & water.
Simmer and cook down a little.
Stir in tofu...add garlic and green onions.

Serve over rice...
