1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. white sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
In a owl, cream the butter and sugar well. Add 3/4 cup flour; stir till it resembles crumbs. stir the remaining cup of flour, baking soda, powder, salt, and cinnamon. Combine the eggs, milk, vanilla and bananas. Add to the dry ingredients, stirring just until mixed. Spread in a greased 9x9x2 inch pan. Sprinkle brown sugar on top. bake at 350º F for 25-30 min.
