FOR EACH QUART:
6 Green Peppers ( you may use, yellow, red, and orange too)
3 cups water
1 cup of vinegar
½ cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Clean, core and cut peppers as desired, strips or chunks; Pack into sterilized pint or quart jars.
2. Bring water, vinegar and sugar to a hard boil.
3. Pour over each jar of peppers, to within ½-inch of top; Cover with sterilized lids & apply rings.

This is another of Grandma Ann's recipes. You may increase the recipe by the number of pints or quarts you are making. Grandma noted that if you increase ingredients x 6, it will fill about 10 quarts.
