1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
3 c. water
20 large maraschino cherries, drained
1 c. English walnuts
3/4 lb. marshmallows
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
2 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello in 2 cups hot water. Add 1 cup cold water. Chill until syrup like. Melt marshmallows in undrained crushed pineapple. Cool. Cut the cherries in eighths. Chop nuts. Combine cherries and nuts with cooled pineapple mix.

Whip the cream. with a wire whisk, combine the Jello, cream and pineapple mixture. Freeze in 13x9 inch (or larger) container.

At Christmas I sometimes freeze this in ice cube trays and cut in triangles. Cut small squares from end pieces. To form "Christmas tree" place small square at the wide part of the triangle - a cherry at the tip.
