1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
4 cups slices peaches (about 6 medium) or can use canned peaches-drain juice
1 tsp lemon juice

1 large can of Grands biscuits
cinnamon/sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Mix sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon in 2-quart saucepan
Stir in peaches and lemon juice
Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils
Boil and stir for 1 minute
Pour hot mixture into ungreased deep dish casserole pan

Flatten each biscuit and place on top of peach mixture, sides touching
Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar over biscuits

Bake for 20 minutes or until topping is light brown

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping
