1 c. shortening
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1¼ c. brown sugar
4 eggs
1½ tsp. vanilla
3¾ c. flour
1¼ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chocolate chips


Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 375º. Cream margarine, shortening and white & brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time and mix well. Add vanilla and mix. Combine flour, baking soda, salt; add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and bake 10-12 minutes
Yield: 5 dozen
