1 cup margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (hulled)
1/4 cup flax sees
1 Tbsp Lethecin
1 Tbsp yeast
1/4 Tbsp Bonemeal powder
2 cups sifted whole wheat flour
1 tsp Baking owner
1 tsp Baking soda
1 cup raisins
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup coconut
1 cup cornflakes

Use 2 Tbsp of the mix in 1/2 -3/4 Tbsp of sunflower or safflower oil-add a little milk for mixing

Mix the ingredients together then use 2 Tbsp of the mixture in 1/2 - 3/4 Tbsp of sunflower or safflower oil adding a little milk for mixing.

Drop by the spoonful and press down with a fork.

Bake at 325º preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Store in airtight container.

These were Don Hoadley's famous and delicious cookies. Great source of fibre. DON'T EAT MORE THAN 2 COOKIES AT A TIME.
