5 fresh eggs
2 3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. mapleine flavoring
2 tsp. Mexican vanilla
1 c. whipping cream
2 c. half & half
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. finely chopped macadamia nuts (or pecans)

Beat eggs well. Add sugar slowly and continue to beat approximately 8 minutes. Sugar will nearly dissolve. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Pour into 1 gallon ice cream freezer. Add milk to fill the can and stir well.

Since this is an uncooked liquid, freeze immediately following filling the freezer can. Always scald the freezer can, lid and dasher with boiling water before filling the can!!
