1¾ lb. of flank steak
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. rosemary
1 clove garlic (mashed)
½ onion (or 1 small) chopped
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
4 Tbsp. salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and brush both sides of meat. Let stand in mixture at least 2 hours or you can refrigerate overnight. Broil 3" from heat for five minutes on each side or until meat reaches the temperature you like. Slice steak thin using an electric knife. Serve and pour pan juices over the meat.

This is also excellent when cooked on the Grill!
