3 pork tenderloins
Juice of 3 large oranges
Juice of 2 limes
3-4 canned chipotle chilies (max at 3 1/2 oz.)
1/2 t black pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 T. wine vinegar
1/2 t. salt
2 t oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pork into 1/2" thick strips. Pound flat. Combine remaining ingredients in a blender and puree to a paste. Marinate pork 12 - 24 hours. Grill the pieces over charcoal 3-4 minutes per side.
