Ingredients:
Ingredients:
9 inch pie shell
1 1/2 cups grated American Cheddar cheese
4 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 cup dried beef
3 eggs, beaten
Grated onion
1 cup half & half
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the flour with the cheese and sprinkle on the pie shell. Add dried beef. Combine the beaten eggs, grated onion, half & half, salt and mustard. Pour over cheese and dried beef. Place, unbaked, in the freezer. Bake, unthawed, for 1 hour. Put foil around crust edge to prevent it from over-browning.

The dried beef may be replaced with precooked meats, as sausage, ground beef, or slivered ham. This is great to have in the freezer when one expects breakfast guests. Served with blueberry muffins, it is a crowd pleaser!
